O v\u00fdb\u011bru vhodn\u00e9ho realitn\u00edho makl\u00e9\u0159e tak\u00e9 rozhoduje jeho chov\u00e1n\u00ed k z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016fm. Zda je ochotn\u00fd a komunikativn\u00ed a tak\u00e9 zda na m\u011b bude m\u00edt \u010das, aby se prodej nemovitosti zbyte\u010dn\u011b neprotahoval jen proto, \u017ee makl\u00e9\u0159 \u0159e\u0161\u00ed spoustu jin\u00fdch zak\u00e1zek. Jestli\u017ee by pak makl\u00e9\u0159 spl\u0148oval v\u0161echny d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 body zde uveden\u00e9, mohl bych p\u0159istoupit k uzav\u0159en\u00ed exkluzivn\u00ed smlouvy o prodeji nemovitosti, co\u017e by pak cel\u00fd proces prodeje mohlo v\u00fdznamn\u011b urychlit.Dal\u0161\u00edm v\u00fdznamn\u00fdm krit\u00e9riem p\u0159i prodeji nemovitosti jsou fotografie. Vysloven\u011b bych trval na kvalitn\u00edch sn\u00edmc\u00edch ve vysok\u00e9m rozli\u0161en\u00ed a s dob\u0159e zvl\u00e1dnutou kompozic\u00ed. V\u00edm to z vlastn\u00ed zku\u0161enosti, kdy jsem kupoval byt a z t\u011bch n\u011bkolika mal\u00fdch sn\u00edmk\u016f v n\u00edzk\u00e9m rozli\u0161en\u00ed a ze \u0161patn\u00e9ho \u00fahlu jsem se toho moc nedozv\u011bd\u011bl.
